What to do when the Auto Zeroing Message appears Frequently?

Auto Zeroing is a function that the patient don't need to go away from the mouthpiece to make the Zeroing of the Flow Signal.

When this Message appears longer than 60 Seconds when the measurement is startend there is a  Problem with the Flow Signal.

Please note all Pressure Sensors and the temperature Sensor are Connected on a I2C bus system. You can get more Details about that system here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I%C2%B2C


based on our experience there is an Broken Temperature Sensor the Problem for this message. To fix that Problem you need to disconnect the Temperature Sensor from our Board and change the  Sensor later on. (Temperature and Humidity effect the Results by around 2-3%).

After Disconnect the Temperature Sensor you need to Reconnect USB an wait for another 1-3 Minutes to get a new Zero Point.

When this don't Helps second possibility is a blocked tube, Please check if there are any waterdrops or something else is blocking the tube.

When this not helps to fix that Problem its an broken Pressure Sensor how effect that. Than the electronic board need to be changed.
